Senior PM - MEP Focus - Atlanta
- Manage all aspects of MEP projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on MEP systems
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software
- PMP certification is a plus
