Your Impact

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer , you'll play a key role in building the core functionality of our client's newest product initiative. This includes expanding the ingestion stack with new data sources, developing critical systems such as a Privacy & Governance engine , and shaping product interfaces across web applications and chat platforms.

The roadmap is ambitious, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on moving quickly from concept to working prototype, while contributing across both frontend and backend components

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations with external platforms, expanding product capabilities
• Develop secure core infrastructure, including a Privacy & Governance engine
• Create user-friendly product experiences across web applications and chat tools
• Prototype AI-powered features such as automation tools and company-specific assistants
• Mentor and collaborate with other engineers to drive innovation in AI applications

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience (primarily backend focus)
• Proficiency in Python, Typescript (Vite is a plus), and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript (Vite is a plus)
• Experience taking projects from problem definition through deployment
• Prior experience at early or growth-stage startups
• Familiarity with building AI systems (MCPs, agents, LLM APIs)
• Big plus: background in building privacy or governance systems
