Remote Sales Customer Service

The Gainey Agency is seeking a remote Sales Customer Service representative to deliver professional, client-focused service and support sales efforts for life insurance and related products. This role combines consultative sales, client service, and policy administration in a fully remote capacity, with structured training and ongoing mentorship provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate life insurance, mortgage protection, and annuity options.
• Present quotes, assist clients with application completion, and obtain required documentation.
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales process.
• Support the policy lifecycle, including issuance, renewals, changes, endorsements, and basic claims coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy transactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate with underwriting, product, and sales teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Participate in regular team training and meetings to stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone/email etiquette.
• Customer-focused, coachable, and self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and a suitable remote workspace.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to obtain relevant state insurance license(s) in a timely manner; licensing support provided.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or financial services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and quote/issuance platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales or service performance targets.
• Experience working remotely and managing a virtual workload.
