Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight requirements. We strive for weekly home time, although some two-week periods may occur. The schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, predominantly consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on the hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits such as vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are available. After 90 days, drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts.
