We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer IV to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. As part of this long-term contract, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions that meet high standards of quality, security, and functionality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:• Design and implement scalable software solutions utilizing cloud technologies such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and maintain backend systems, APIs, and database architectures to support web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of software products.
• Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to ensure high-quality and secure software development.
• Optimize existing systems and applications for improved efficiency and functionality.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting tools to monitor software performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, R, and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of backend development, API creation, and database management.
• Familiarity with web application development and mobile platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Solid understanding of software security principles and quality assurance practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
