Must currently possess an active Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License.

This is an in-office position, but we are open to HYBRID

Salary: $35000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Able to prioritize and organize your days with tasks, such as making renewal calls to retain current clients.


• Build relationships with our clients easily as you answer phones, update client information or policies, and educate and advise clients.


• Maintain a positive attitude when making calls to retain clients, conducting policy reviews, cross-selling, and account rounding.


• Must be coachable, enthusiastic, and a team player.

Requirements

• No college degree required


• Must have a current Property and Casualty License


• 2-3 Years of Insurance customer service experience


• Basic computer software knowledge


• Written/Verbal communication skills


• Professional office and phone etiquette
