About the Position
The Director of Construction will lead all aspects of high-end residential construction across projects in Georgia and Florida. This executive-level role requires hands-on leadership, strategic oversight, and a strong understanding of luxury homebuilding from pre-construction through final delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing high-value custom or semi-custom home projects, a track record of leading field teams, and the ability to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met with precision. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction operations for luxury homes ($2M+) across multiple sites in GA and FL
- Manage and mentor site superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects meet or exceed quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate closely with design, development, and client teams to align on vision and execution
- Travel regularly between active job sites in Georgia and Florida
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in high-end residential construction, preferably with homes valued at $2 million or more
- Proven leadership in managing multiple job sites and construction teams
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout GA and FL; candidate can be based in either state
