Pine View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Sylvania, GA is now hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services to our patients and residents. This facility is seeking a caring, warm-hearted Physical Therapist who is currently licensed in Georgia or is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation per state practice act
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services accurately and concisely
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current GA State PT License.
• Experience in SNF settings is preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
