Director Marketing Operations

Akkodis is seeking a Director Marketing Operations for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate must have required expertise in Salesforce/HubSpot ecosystems while optimizing end‑to‑end lead and account lifecycles and orchestrating multi‑channel journey operations.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Director Marketing Operations job responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, optimization, and governance of end‑to‑end Marketing Operations across enterprise sales-led and product-led growth (PLG) models.

• Architect scalable lead, account, and PQL lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product teams.

• Oversee the marketing technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, 6Sense), driving automation, data quality, and system interoperability.

• Implement multi‑channel personalization and journey orchestration strategies across paid, owned, and product‑led touchpoints.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop analytics frameworks for attribution, funnel performance, experimentation, and operational reporting.

• Introduce and scale responsible AI and automation practices to enhance operational efficiency and GTM execution.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing Marketing Operations team focused on continuous improvement and scalable processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations leadership roles.

• Deep client‑required expertise in managing enterprise martech ecosystems (Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, 6Sense).

• Proven ability to architect and scale complex lead, account, and PQL lifecycle workflows across enterprise and PLG environments.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $68.00 per hour
