  • Drive transportation execution in support of a 98% On‑Time, In‑Full (OTIF) customer service target.
  • Partner closely with Warehousing, Customer Service, and Plant leadership to ensure execution discipline, rapid issue resolution, and service reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, FRA, and applicable transportation safety and regulatory requirements.

People Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20 transportation professionals across sourcing and operations.
  • Set clear performance expectations, objectives, and accountability at both leadership and individual contributor levels.

  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the transportation organization.
  • Promote standard work, best practices, and cross‑functional collaboration.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing or asset‑intensive environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading both transportation sourcing and transportation operations.
  • Proven people leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi‑site manufacturing networks and high‑volume customer demand.

Technical & Functional Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of multimodal transportation markets and carrier economics.
