Position Framework

Working 35-37.5 hours weekly, you'll support a caseload of approximately 45-55 students across various grade levels through virtual platforms. This remote role enables you to provide specialized psychological services while maintaining professional standards and building strong therapeutic relationships with students and families.

Essential Duties

• Conduct prehensive virtual psychological assessments
• Interpret test results and develop detailed evaluation reports
• Create evidence-based treatment plans aligned with educational objectives
• Provide individual and group counseling through secure video conferencing
• Document student progress and adjust interventions based on outes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in virtual IEP development and review processes
• Educate families on behavioral strategies and mental health support
• Ensure pliance with psychological practice standards and regulations

Professional Requirements

• Master's degree in School Psychology
• Valid Ohio school psychologist license
• Minimum 2 years experience in educational settings
• Proficiency with virtual assessment technologies and digital platforms
• Strong clinical skills in psychological evaluation and intervention
• Knowledge of special education processes and mental health practices
• Adequate technology infrastructure for remote service delivery

Student Services

You'll serve students with various psychological and educational needs including cognitive impairments, emotional disturbances, behavioral disorders, and social-emotional challenges. Our virtual model reaches students in diverse munities, ensuring access to specialized psychological services for those with developmental disabilities, trauma histories, and other conditions affecting mental health and learning.
