About the Role
A fast-growing organization is looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Business Systems Analyst to join their internal operations team. This person will play a key role in connecting business needs with technology solutions, ensuring that core business platforms run efficiently and support the company's continued growth.
What You Will Be Doing
· Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure systems are aligned with operational goals
· Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies and streamline processes across the organization
· Support the planning and execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 enhancements, working closely with internal teams to prioritize and deliver improvements
· Facilitate the flow of data across business platforms by supporting and maintaining system connections and data pipelines
· Document business requirements, process flows, and system specifications to support project delivery and knowledge management
· Work with external vendors and platform providers to stay current on Dynamics 365 updates and ensure the organization is leveraging available capabilities
· Develop and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual effort across key business functions
· Conduct regular system health checks and work proactively to resolve issues before they impact end users
What You Bring
· 3 to 7 years of experience in a business systems, operations, or enterprise technology role
· Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a functional or administrative capacity
· Familiarity with how HR, payroll, and finance functions operate and how technology supports them
· Demonstrated ability to manage system integrations and ensure clean, reliable data flow between platforms
· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
· Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments simultaneously
Bonus Points If You Have
· Experience implementing or optimizing automated business processes
· Background in data reporting or business intelligence
· Working knowledge of compliance requirements related to HR or payroll functions
· Experience working in an Agile or iterative project environment
