VP Revenue Technology (US Remote)
The Vice President of Revenue Technology will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of technology initiatives that power the Revenue Operations organization. This role is critical to scaling and optimizing the systems, data infrastructure, and tools that enable performance across GTM, Sales, Partnerships, Enablement, and RFP functions. Reporting directly to the SVP Head of Revenue Operations & Performance, the VP will serve as a key architect of the RevOps tech stack and data strategy, driving innovation, efficiency, and alignment across the enterprise. While the role is 100% remote, the individual must be located in the United States. What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute a comprehensive Revenue Technology strategy aligned with enterprise growth goals and GTM priorities.
- Partner with senior leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Technology to ensure seamless integration of RevOps systems and processes.
- Oversee the CRM ecosystem (Salesforce and related tools), including administration, support, and roadmap development.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of the GTM toolkit, including CPQ, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics platforms.
- Drive automation and integration across onboarding, care, and sales workflows to support scalable operations.
- Own the data architecture supporting revenue operations, including stewardship, engineering, and analytics.
- Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security across all RevOps systems.
- Partner with analytics and planning teams to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of CRM developers, admins, support specialists, and data professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and external partners to ensure best-in-class solutions.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in executive steering committees and user advisory groups focused on CRM integration and GTM alignment.
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, enterprise technology, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven success leading large-scale technology implementations and change management initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, Azure, MS 365, DocuSign, and other enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing global teams across geographies (U.S., India, Philippines, etc.).
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Certifications in project management, change management, or Salesforce administration.
- Familiarity with CPQ, GTM enablement tools, and data visualization platforms.

The salary range for this position is approximately $175,000-$225,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
