Job Overview

SECO of GA LLC is actively hiring experienced and driven Foremen to lead field operations on commercial electrical/control installations. As a key field leader, you will oversee crews of 8–15 team members, ensuring that all installations are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a critical leadership role for professionals who not only understand the technical side of the job, but also exemplify the company’s values of service, trust, care, ownership, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams of 4–15 electrical professionals on commercial job sites
• Manage the safe execution of all field work in accordance with project plans and safety protocols
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards
• Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and resolve issues in real time
• Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily field reports, safety meetings, and project updates
• Support field training and mentor junior team members
• Represent SECO’s core values on every project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical field leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead crews and execute work with minimal oversight
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specs, and schedules
• Valid driver’s license
• A willingness to travel for project assignments
• No formal education requirement - apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday - Friday
• Travel is required based on project location.
