Job Details:

• 36 or 48 hour guaranteed weekly schedule
• Patient ratio of 1:6 with 32 rooms and average daily census of 29
• Adult to geriatric patient population
• Every other weekend requirement
• Floating required to other units
• No call requirements
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Maximum 7 days RTO (requested time off)
• Holiday requirement: work major holidays that fall during assignment period
• 1 year minimum experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required (also uses Pyxis and SBAR)
• Patient diagnoses include all potential Med Surg conditions
• Skills required: isolation precautions, wound care/wound vac, nasal cannula, high flow nasal cannula, chest tubes, starting IVs, PICC line management, blood product administration, feeding tube care and management
• 36-hour orientation provided
• Full compliance required to start on time with 2-week pushback if not compliant
• Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Two supervisory references highly preferred at submission
