We're hiring an Executive Kitchen Manager to take full command of the back of house at a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Smyrna. Everything is made from scratch here, and the kitchen leader sets the bar for the whole building.

What You'll Do
- Own the entire back-of-house operation and its results
- Lead, schedule, and develop cooks and kitchen managers
- Drive scratch-recipe execution, consistency, and plate quality
- Manage food cost, ordering, inventory, and waste targets
- Champion food safety and sanitation without compromise
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of culinary management in high-volume, full-service kitchens
- Experience leading leaders - sous chefs or kitchen managers
- Deep scratch-cooking knowledge and quality instincts
- Command of kitchen financials and systems
- Calm, decisive leadership when the board fills up
