Registered Nurse,

This Registered Nurse position requires providing skilled nursing care, case management, and potentially hospice care to patients of various ages and health conditions. Responsibilities:

- Patient assessments and monitoring.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care.
- Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
- Interdisciplinary team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- BLS, NRP, ACLS or ALS OB certifications.
- Driver's license, car insurance, and personal vehicle for field work (if applicable).

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Experience in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room settings.

Special Considerations:

- Weekend work is required for 13 weeks.
