Product Manager - Bookings

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Product Manager for Shopping and Booking on IHG’s Website and Mobile App, to be responsible for strategy, new development, and performance enhancements. The Product Manager collaborates among tactical analysts, developers, CX design and functional subject matter experts to create holistic product solutions focused on delivering best in class customer experiences while supporting and delivering against our stakeholders’ goals and objectives and growing IHG’s direct channel share and revenue. The product manager will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from idea inception through development and launch, leveraging specialists, operators, and stakeholders along the way with a customer centric approach. They define product needs via a “roadmap” of initiatives mapped out over a predetermined cycled timeline.

Your Day to Day:

• Support product strategy development and implementation, focusing on customer understanding, stakeholder goals, market competition, and innovative functionalities to create a comprehensive roadmap of initiatives.
• Prioritize customer data insights and feedback to enhance digital experiences that resonate with guests.
• Measure and improve product performance by identifying key drivers and establishing ongoing monitoring capabilities.
• Drive new product development by writing business requirements and user stories in collaboration with technology and CX teams to ensure comprehensive functionality.
• Manage product lifecycles by evaluating performance and customer insights to proactively address new product needs and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.

What We Need From You:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in product management, development, marketing, or operations, with a strong understanding of related disciplines.
• Familiarity with digital product development and Agile methodologies, with a focus on stakeholder management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting concepts and research findings to diverse audiences.
• Proven project management experience in organizing and executing projects from conception to implementation, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of UX/UI development, customer-driven design thinking, and the hotel industry, with the ability to translate business requirements into system functionality.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $110,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
