Production MIG Welder
- Pay of $20.25 per hour
- +$3 shift differential
- First Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
- Second Shift | Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Hands-on, team-oriented work environment
- MiG welding experience required
- Welding experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Ability to read and follow specific work instructions
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in hot or cold environments
- Knowledge of weld-shop processes – preferred
- Weld components using approved tools and equipment
- Ensure all parts are assembled and/or welded correctly before proceeding
- Meet production standards while maintaining quality
- Support standardized work processes and continuous improvement
- Participate in 5S activities and uphold safety standards
- Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
- Perform additional related tasks and special projects as needed
