A growing personal injury law practice in Morrow is seeking a self-motivated Legal Assistant/Legal Assistant to join our team. Previous law firm experience with one year of personal injury experience is required. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace. A paralegal certificate is not required.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience, as well as a benefits package.

Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to lawyers

· Manage development of cases and maintain heavy client contact

· Prepare and file basic legal documents and correspondence

· Monitor deadlines and calendars

Requirements:

· Preferred experience as a personal injury legal assistant or paralegal

· Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Case Management software

· Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

· Must be a team player and demonstrate willingness to assist colleagues when necessary

· Must be extremely organized and able to multitask

· Conscientious concerning work completion, deadlines, time management, and attendance

Hours: M-F, 8-4:30 p.m.
