Project Manager - Construction

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, including milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead and delegate tasks to ensure efficient execution and accountability.
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Senior PMs, APMs, and Field Operations on scope, risks, and resources.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring budgets, cost-to-complete, and financial performance.
- Maintain schedule, scope, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to contracts and documentation.
- Track key performance metrics and maintain project controls and reporting processes.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges as they arise.
Skills/Must Have:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
- OSHA 30 certification required
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Commercial construction experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
Salary:
- $140,000
