Accountant (Level III)
POSITION: Accountant (Level III)
FULLTIME: ASAP-10/12/2026
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
SCHEDULE: M-F, 8am-5pm
PAY RANGE: $27.97/HR, paid weekly
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)
This position is for “Accounts Payable” personnel supporting Banc of America Leasing & Capital.
Major Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Process all funding requests (wires and checks)
- Process refund, miscellaneous and tax payments
- Maintain vendor table
- Process DealFlo items
- Review checks OFAC results
- Process and review W9/W8 forms
- Research payment items
- Void and Stop Payments checks
- Maintain and upload Voucher Imaging on a daily basis
- Provide daily FX Currency exchange report
- Upload weekly CashPro data into database
- Ability to communicate across and up the organization and must be able to work independently and is not afraid to make a decision and act on it
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge, familiarity with report writing tools, attention to detail, logical research ability, able to work independently, basic accounting knowledge Desired Skills:
Database/Data warehouse knowledge – Toad/Tableau/Microsoft Access, Leasing knowledge
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
