Compensation: $40–$45/hour

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for peritoneal dialysis to join our team as a PD Training Nurse in Alpharetta, GA . In this critical role, you'll provide personalized training and support to patients beginning their peritoneal dialysis journey—helping them take control of their care from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive education and hands-on training to patients starting peritoneal dialysis (PD)

• Assess patient readiness and tailor teaching methods to individual learning needs

• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting

• Collaborate closely with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia

• Minimum 6 months of peritoneal dialysis (PD) experience

• Prior experience in PD patient training is required

• Strong communication and teaching skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt to patient needs
