Based in Hiram, Georgia, our facility delivers a full continuum of evidence-based services, including medical detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient care, and ongoing aftercare. Job Duties:

Clinical Programming & Operations

• Fosters a therapeutic environment that encourages clients to sharepersonal experiencesand feelings openly by building trust,demonstratingempathy, and ensuring psychological safety.

Individual & Group Therapy

• Facilitates structured group sessions that guide patients in developing core group-process competencies, such as active listening, constructive feedback, collaborative problem-solving, and mutual support, to enhance their communication and teamwork skills in a therapeutic setting.

• Facilitates and delivers structured educational group sessions by developing curriculum, engaging participants through evidence-based teaching methods, and evaluating learning outcomes to ensure program effectiveness.

• Designs andimplementsevidence -based experiential therapies, such as role-plays, simulations, and creative activities, to engage clients, reinforce therapeutic learning, and drive measurable progress toward treatment goals.

• Plans,facilitates, and documentstherapeutic sessions and encounters, applying evidence-based modalities that directly align with each client's individual treatment goals andobjectives.

Medical Record Management

• Maintainsaccurate,timely documentation of patient care services by charting client interactions and departmental records in the Electronic Medical Record(EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, data integrity, and continuity of care
