Kloud-12 is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Assistant to join our growing operations team. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring our products are assembled, packaged, and delivered accurately and on time. From preparing and shipping orders to supporting inventory and logistics, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Allocate and stage camera, audio, and intercom products (scan, label, sort).

• Perform light assembly, programming, and QC of products following detailed procedures.

• Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and customer orders.

• Package and ship products on time to meet deadlines.

• Deliver products directly to customers as needed.

• Receive incoming shipments, organize inventory, and verify against purchase orders.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular tracking and updates in inventory management systems.

• Suggest and implement ways to streamline production and shipping workflows.

• Assist with office maintenance and provide cross-team support on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Valid Class C Driver’s License with Good Driving Record. Comfortable driving a cargo van and/or 16-foot box truck (not regularly).

• Comfortable lifting up to 50–75 lbs and standing for extended periods.

• Basic computer literacy - experience with Google Workspace (gmail, docs, sheets) is a plus.

• Must be able to work 100% in-office at our Lawrenceville, GA location.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $40,000 – $50,000 salary range.

• 10 Paid Holidays.

• 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year.

• 3 additional paid sick days per year.

• 401(k) participation available with 4% match by company (90-day waiting period).
