Business Unit Finance & Accounting Manager – P&L Owner / Strategic Partner

What You’ll Do

Business Partnership & Financial Leadership

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to divisional leadership

  • Provide insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability trends

  • Help leaders make informed decisions that improve financial performance

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and operational planning

  • Partner with Corporate FP&A on annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Financial Reporting & Close

  • Support month-end close activities in partnership with accounting

  • Prepare and present financial reports for leadership

  • Develop new reporting and dashboards to improve visibility into performance

Strategic Initiatives

  • Support acquisitions through financial analysis, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial controls

  • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term financial initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 5–10 years of accounting and/or finance experience

  • Experience supporting business leaders with financial insights and analysis

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets

  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance partners
