Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
General Repairs & Upkeep:
Performing routine and emergency repairs on the facility's physical plant, including drywall repair, fixture maintenance, and basic equipment fixes.
System Maintenance:
Ensuring the proper functioning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems through preventive maintenance and repairs.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and building codes and regulations.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities performed.
Coordination:
Collaborating with other departments, such as nursing and administration, and potentially managing relationships with external vendors for specialized repairs.
Infection Control:
Supporting facility-wide infection control protocols and ensuring a clean and sanitary environment.
Must pass a criminal background check and be able to pass a drug screen
