Survey Field Crew Chief / Party Chief

Gaskins + LeCraw, a Pape-Dawson company, is seeking a Survey Field Crew Chief / Survey Party Chief to join our Marietta office.

The Survey Field Crew Chief / Survey Party Chief we are seeking will be an energetic, adaptable and solution oriented person. This person will be able to follow instructions but also be able to think independently.

JOB DUTIES:

• The S urvey Field Crew Chief / Survey Party Chief will manage field surveying work
• The Party Chief will lead the crew members to deliver quality and timely work product
• Will perform and manage ALTA, topographic, boundary, construction stakeouts, horizontal / vertical control, utility as-bults and GPS.
• The Survey Field Crew / Survey Party Chief will work with data collectors and use data techniques, conventional notes and sketches.
• Will work total stations and robots.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The Survey Field Crew Chief / Survey Party Chief will have a minimum 5 years of field survey experience
• 2 years of experience as a Party Chief or Junior Party Chief
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License
• No Significant Driving violations for the past 3-years
• Experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Topographic and construction layout
