What You'll Be Doing:

- Greet customers warmly upon entry to the store and enter orders accurately into the POS

- Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments.

- Prioritize orders effectively, preparing and delivering drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items with a sense of urgency

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

- Communicate closely and effectively with Back and Front of House and to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area.

- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments.

- Operate with the absolute highest sense of integrity and honesty. Zesto will never compromise on these core values. They are behind everything we do.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in QSR cashiering or customer service.

- Very strong communication skills and genuine care about the delivering the best customer experience possible

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Drive-thru experience preferred.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- ServSafe Certification
