Customer Service Rep

As a CSR/Office Administrator, you will serve as the essential link between our customers and our warehouse operations, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and data. This role requires a computer-savvy professional who can navigate multiple digital platforms with ease and maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of professional email correspondence and providing top-tier service to customers regarding their furniture orders and deliveries. A core component of this position is the ability to be a quick learner, as you will be expected to rapidly master our specialized Warehouse Management System (WMS) software to track inventory, process orders, and generate shipping documentation. The ideal candidate balances sharp administrative skills with a personable, "can-do" attitude to resolve issues efficiently and keep our office running smoothly.

salary: $23.99 - $24 per hour
