Cool Air Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team in the Marietta/Atlanta area. The position involves completing a variety of HVAC tasks for residential customers, including repairs, maintenance, and installations. The technician will also be responsible for establishing customer rapport, educating customers on finance options, and exceeding revenue goals. Additionally, the role requires working alongside customer service representatives and maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck. The ideal candidate should hold an EPA license, have experience with Service Titan and Lennox products, and possess a valid driver's license. Shifts Available:

• Mon-Fri 12p-10p
• Tues – Sat 8a-6p

Responsibilities:

• Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations, and other related in-home service calls for both commercial and residential customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure the overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, and option sheets.

Requirements:

• EPA License Required
• Service Titan Experience required
• Lennox product experience required
• Valid Driver's License Required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
