Job Title: HR Manager and Recruiter

About the Role
Invictus Sales Group is seeking a motivated HR Manager and Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on building and scaling our team through candidate sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and HR operations support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform candidate sourcing and outreach across various platforms
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Handle new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Support general HR functions and administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Requirements & Qualifications
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Comfortable with high-volume candidate outreach and cold sourcing
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $600 per week
- Weekly performance-based incentives (uncapped earning potential)
- Health Insurance available after 90 days
- Hybrid work schedule after 30 days
