Field Technician III - Senior Lead Installer

The Field Technician III serves as the on-site leader for large-scale installation projects, overseeing teams, ensuring quality and compliance, and liaising with Project Managers, Clients, and Inspectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on -site installation activities for large-scale or complex projects
• Manage work delegation, scheduling, and site safety for teams of 2-6 technicians
• Perform advanced terminations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system commissioning
• Communicate with Project Managers, Inspectors, and Clients to ensure smooth execution
• Complete redline markups and prepare as-built documentation
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer, company, and code standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of low-voltage installation experience including intrusion, access control, and CCTV system(s)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-person crews
• Strong troubleshooting, commissioning, and leadership skills in accordance with Elect Technologies Leadership Culture
• Holds multiple certifications (e.g., NICET, BICSI, or Manufacture)
• LV-U (Unrestricted)
