Profiling Machine Operator Pay Rate: $19-$24If youâre mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with high-tech automated machinery, this could be the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities -Operate and monitor automated roll forming lines (uncoiler, straightener, punching & cutting presses).
-Set up machines and adjust settings based on production orders (ERP/SAP).
-Load and change coils with assistance from crane/bridge operators.
-Perform regular quality checks on product dimensions and accuracy.
-Conduct basic maintenance and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
-Identify and quarantine defective materials; report issues promptly.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with company standards. Qualifications -Previous experience in manufacturing or metal forming preferred.
-Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers).
-Basic computer skills; ERP/SAP experience a plus.
-Forklift certification (Clark 5T) preferred.
-Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
-Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
