Designed by legendary golf course architect Tom Fazio, the parkland-style, 18-hole championship public golf course at The Frog Golf Club opened in 1998 to high acclaim. The Frog, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is recognized among the top courses in Georgia and is located just 40 miles from downtown Atlanta off I-20 in Villa Rica. The course is complete with bentgrass greens and expansive bunkering and has also attained status as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.
The Frog Golf Club is hiring for a Lead Bartender. This position's primary responsibilities include:
Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available. Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared for daily service. Prepares and serves liquor, craft cocktails, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered. Assists the F&B Director in training the bar and service staff on cocktail recipes, daily procedures, and the customer journey expectations. Consistently maintains and cleans bar area and equipment. And ensures the rest of the FOH team keeps up the cleanliness standards. Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and records in accordance with the F&B Director. Is constantly conducting research and development of new drink menu items to elevate the offerings for members and guests. Checks identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol. Assists the food service staff and front of house team as needed during daily operations.
QualificationsRequired Skills
Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state). Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes. Previous bartending or lead bartending experience preferred. Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol. Ability to train other team members in drink preparation and spirit/beer/wine knowledge.

Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
