Growing local CPA firm seeks full-time office administrator. This is an on-site role located in Valdosta, GA . The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the needs of the accounting team. Day-to-day tasks include client billing, e-filing and monitoring of e-filed tax returns, assembling tax returns for clients, communications with clients, maintaining office supplies and printed material inventories and much more. The Office Administrator will also be expected to assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, as well as handling client inquiries and preparing documents.
