Our client is a growing manufacturing and fabrication company seeking an experienced Laser Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Position Overview

The Laser Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC laser cutting equipment while ensuring production quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.

Candidates with experience operating Amada laser systems are preferred; however, experience with other CNC laser platforms is also welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders

• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

• Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Maintain production flow and meet daily production targets

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC laser equipment required

• Experience with Amada laser systems preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools accurately

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Reliable work ethic and strong attendance record

• Forklift experience is a plus
