Auto Allowance | Cell Phone Allowance Axia Residential is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Leasing Performance and Training Manager to help elevate leasing performance, resident retention, and sales execution across our multifamily portfolio. This is not a traditional leasing role. We're looking for a highly motivated professional who thrives on coaching teams, improving performance, driving accountability, and creating exceptional resident experiences. Acting as a strategic partner between Operations and Marketing, this role will work directly with onsite teams to improve conversion rates, strengthen leasing execution, and drive occupancy and retention results across the portfolio. What You'll Do
- Coach and develop onsite leasing teams to improve lead conversion, tour performance, and closing effectiveness
- Conduct property visits, leasing observations, role-playing sessions, and performance coaching
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Management to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Support portfolio-wide resident retention initiatives and customer experience programs
- Monitor leasing, occupancy, conversion, retention, and reputation management metrics
- Identify performance opportunities and develop action plans to improve results
- Reinforce company leasing standards, customer service expectations, and sales best practices
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of leasing professionals
- Support centralized leasing and retention initiatives across the portfolio
- Serve as a trusted performance partner to onsite teams and leadership
- 3+ years of multifamily leasing, property management, training, sales leadership, or operational support experience
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of lead management, leasing funnels, resident retention, and customer experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Entrata, RealPage, CRM platforms, reputation management tools, and leasing technologies preferred
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the portfolio

This is a full-time, exempt position. Frequent travel throughout the portfolio is required to support onsite teams, provide coaching and training, and drive performance initiatives.
