Customer Service Representative (CRS)
- Answer incoming client calls and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist clients with policy changes, payments, coverage questions, and general account servicing.
- Document all client interactions accurately in our agency management system.
- Follow established procedures and service standards.
- Work closely with producers, retention specialists, and management to support client needs.
- Complete assigned tasks and follow-up activities in a timely manner.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Minimum 2 years previous customer service experience, required.
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
