Retail Brand Ambassador
At Zenvoro, we bring brands to life through face-to-face marketing and personalized customer engagement. Our Retail Brand Ambassadors represent top client brands in stores and events, creating memorable experiences while driving awareness and sales.
As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our client brands, engaging directly with customers, sharing product knowledge, and supporting marketing campaigns. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are outgoing, coachable, and excited to start a career in marketing, sales, or business development.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally in retail locations and events
- Engage with customers to increase product awareness and brand loyalty
- Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions
- Assist with in-store marketing and promotional activities
- Track and report campaign results to leadership
- Participate in paid training and development programs
Qualifications
- Customer service or retail experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
