Job Summary

MJAY’s is a leading supplier to Supermarkets across the country. As we continue to grow we are looking for someone to join our team in Norcross, GA. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team! You will support our Sales and Marketing team. This role plays a key part in managing sales operations, market development, customer support, promotional activity, and data tracking while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, brokers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

• Confirm and manage Purchase Order (PO) details to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Manage customer pricing and promotional allowances
• Work closely with brokers to support customer needs and ongoing sales initiatives
• Manage billing deductions and assist with issue resolution
• Interact with customer portals and manage assigned portal functions

Promotions & Marketing Support

• Manage and track customer promotional funds
• Coordinate sample requests, delivery, and tracking
• Support the Marketing Coordinator with samples and marketing materials
• Manage trade show sign-ups, tracking and delivery of samples

Data, Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and maintain forecasting models
• Review and track production figures to support sales planning
• Support presentation development for internal and customer-facing meetings
• Assist the Market Development Manager with product performance tracking and costing management
• Support the Market Development Manager in customer, product, and market analysis initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales coordination, sales management, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and portal systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience in food and manufacturing environments is a plus
• College degree is a plus
• Spanish speaking is a plus
