The Role:

The Security Operations Center Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and alerting others of any incidents which may impact the client’s people, products or property. You’ll be required to monitor across a variety of sites (from a central location).

Requirements:

You’ll need a minimum of 6 months experience in a CCTV/SOC type role, Emergency Dispatch, high volume call center environment or closely linked field, with a technically minded attitude, IT knowledge/experience his highly advantageous.

Reliable and punctual

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable in a high-tech and fast paced environment, previous IT knowledge and a calm, but "can do" approach

Be a team player and equally work well on own initiative

Package:

Starting from $21 per hour (+ percentage increase on salary depending on shift pattern) + 401k “fully loaded” TSi benefits, Employee-owner etc.
