Hours per Week: 28

Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $55 – $58 per hour

Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform a variety of complex laboratory tests to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. The technologist will ensure quality control, equipment calibration, and compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests following established procedures

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment

• Record, analyze, and interpret test results with accuracy and timeliness

• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities

• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient laboratory operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a hospital or high-volume clinical lab setting

Education:

• Required: Associate’s Degree from an accredited laboratory technology program

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field

Certifications & Licensure:

• Required: Valid New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (092) issued by NYSED with Primary Source Verification

• Preferred: BLS Certification
