Full Stack Software Engineer (GenAI) - (25072401)

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a team focused on building AI-driven platforms and internal tools. The ideal candidate is excited about contributing to high-impact products that leverage LLMs and modern software engineering practices. This is an opportunity to work with a Fortune 50 enterprise that is investing in AI innovation.

This fully remote, long-term contract opportunity offers hourly compensation of $50-$55/hr (plus benefits) during the contract engagement, along with a strong pathway for future growth and the potential for permanent hire, based on business needs and performance.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering , with hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development
• Proficiency in React and Python (or other modern object-oriented languages)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and modern development workflows (e.g., Kubernetes , CI/CD)
• Demonstrated grit, curiosity, and adaptability - able to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset - must be comfortable working with both engineers and business stakeholders
• Strong product mindset - ideal candidates pair solid software engineering skills with a product-oriented approach

• Must reside within the continental U.S.
• This is a W-2 only, fully remote contract opportunity (no C2C).
• We are unable to offer any form of work authorization sponsorship, now or in the future. This includes F-1 visa holders on OPT or STEM extensions.
• Standard Eastern Time business hours (full-time).
• You must be exclusively dedicated to this role (no concurrent job engagements).
• To meet the client’s cybersecurity requirements, contractors are expected to have their camera on during meetings, collaboration sessions, etc. for the first 90 days of the assignment.
