Join Our Team & Apply Today!!_** **What Your Day May Look Like** + Primary on-site liaison between Securitas Security Services and client senior management. + Review post orders and daily log reports and provide recommendations and assessments for improvement. + Ensure officers meet company standards pertaining to quality of work performed and in compliance with all company and client policies and procedures. + Participate in recruitment selection and placement, conduct performance reviews, manage attendance and scheduling, and conflict resolution and retention of high caliber staff. + Review alarm system reports, compile exception reports and forward to appropriate management for review. + Provide monthly reports to the facilities and corporate security organizations detailing all pertinent activities that have occurred in the previous month concerning any security and safety issues. **What We Offer** + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability Insurance, plus 401K options. + Virtual Medical Appointments with Telemedicine. + Paid Time Off, Free Uniforms, Paid Training, and Weekly Pay! + _DailyPay Access Program NOW Available!_ + Discounts on Childcare, Pet Daycare, Vehicles, Electronics, Cell Phone Plans, Travel, and so much more! **Position Requirements** + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Bachelor degree with 4 to 7 years of major law enforcement, military, fire, and/or emergency management experience or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. + Valid driver's license and clear driving record required. + A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible security related experience. + Demonstrated knowledge of security operations, including fire protection, hazardous materials handling, workplace health and safety issues. + Proven skills in financial, legal, and human resources administration. + Ability to act in a decisive manner in emergency situations. + Strong managerial skills and the ability to assert oneself. + Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills. + Working knowledge of process improvement systems. + Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent verbal, written, and presentation and computer skills. + Serve as a positive team leader with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. + All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. **Join our team and help make our world a safer place.** See a different world.
