Administrative Assistant (AD Clubhouse)
The CHOICES Clubhouse at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides a fun and safe environment for youth ages 13 to 18 to hang out, socialize and learn without pressure or the temptations of substance use, and provides comprehensive services to engage youth as well as their families in their recovery.
- Manage front desk and admissions area of the facility
- Perform basic clerical duties including but not limited to answering and routing calls, mailing, administrative filing, copying, etc
- Schedule intakes and collection of documents for admission to program
- Collaborate with Program Manager and Case Managers in scheduling in-center visitation, events, and/or activities
- Other administrative responsibilities and tasks as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years' experience in customer service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year experience working in a medical or behavioral health office
- Bi-lingual abilities a plus
