Automotive Billing Clerk
Automotive Billing Clerk The brand new Subaru of Newnan is looking for a Billing Clerk to fill an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys the fast-paced energy of the automotive industry. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing process. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process all new and used vehicle sales to ensure accurate profit reporting as well as commission calculation.
- Verify all deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Process all trade-in payoffs in a timely manner.
- Post funding notices as they are received.
- Reconciling schedules associated with your position.
- Report any inconsistencies in paperwork to the Controller.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
