Job Title : Quality Control Tech

Location : Savannah, GA

Work Model : Onsite

Hours : 40.0 hours per week

Compensation : $25.00 - $30.00/hr

Type : Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent





Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials
• Perform gage calibrations and support Gage R&R studies
• Maintain accurate records and report non-conformances
• Assist with material dispositions and quality data reporting
• Conduct internal audits of processes and products
• Ensure production lines are properly supplied with materials
• Support material handling of raw, WIP, and finished goods
• Perform other assigned duties within skill set

• High School graduate level competence in written/verbal English language and mathematics
• One year of relevant experience
• Experience with quality or manufacturing computer applications
• Interest in developing a career in Quality Management
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and departments
• Use of hand-held measuring tools
• Basic computer skills necessary
