As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, yards, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles, verifying authorization and reporting discrepancies according to site procedures.
• Observe equipment, material storage areas, and operational zones for hazards, damaged barriers, and/or suspicious behavior, then report concerns through established reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
