• Document every step: findings, parts, labor, and recommendations.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in diesel mechanics preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic or closely related role.
• Working mastery of diesel engine components, systems, and drivability diagnostics.
• Comfort with scan tools, meters, and specialty equipment for troubleshooting.
• Problem-solver’s mindset with strong attention to detail.
